Last updated: Ashadh 2083 (June 2026)

1. Introduction

Important — please read these Terms carefully. By registering as a driver on the Sawari Rides platform, downloading or using the Sawari Rides application (the “Application”), or providing any transportation service through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application or provide services through the platform.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the “Driver”) and Sawari Rides (the “Company”), the operator of the Sawari Rides platform, a ride-sharing service provider registered and operating in Nepal. The Company is an independent entity and does not have any parent company, subsidiary, or affiliated venture.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any amendments shall be communicated to you through the Application or by written notice. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any such amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

3. Nature of the Service

The Company is a technology platform that facilitates connections between drivers and passengers. You shall not at any time represent yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. All claims, liabilities, and damages arising from transportation services you provide are your sole responsibility. The Company shall bear no liability for any accident, injury, loss, or damage arising in connection with services you provide to passengers.

You are forbidden from promoting competing applications, offering unauthorized discounts, or negotiating fares with passengers outside of those displayed in the Application.
